Service Description
- Up to 5 - 7 hours session - DJ/MC Services (Bi-lingual) - DJ to make all announcements - Timeline Management - DJ Sound System - 1 Wired & 1 Wireless Microphone - DJ Facade with Lighting - Dance Floor Intelligent Lighting w/ Towers - Room Up lighting - Up to 20 lights - Ceremony PA System - 1 Wireless Microphone and 1 Speaker - Cocktail PA System - 1 Speaker and Playlist - Free Set up & Break Down - Dancing on the Clouds Effect - 2 Sparkler Machines - Monogram Gobo Projection -3 Hour Classic Photo Booth Rental for standard photo size (2x6 Photo strip) Please see our service description of our (Perfect Party Package) for photo booth service description (Requirements) *Access to a Power Outlet within 50 feet of the setup area (10amps 3 prong outlet) *Access to site location 1-2 hours prior to start time (Refund, Cancellation, and Date Change Policy) MNDZA ENTERTAINMENT Client agrees to pay the total fees even if the Client chooses to cancel the order. The Client may cancel the order by providing notice to MNDZA ENTERTAINMENT no later than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event date. In the event the order is cancelled, the Client will forfeit their non-refundable retainer as well as any balances paid to date. Any cancellation made less than thirty (30) days prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of all payments received. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance will forfeit the retainer and any payments received to date. MNDZA ENTERTAINMENT reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking or customer at any time, for any reason, at its discretion. Should this occur, any monies paid will be refunded in full, and the Client agrees not to pursue any further claims or damages. Refunds will be issued by check within seven (7) business days of cancellation. If an order is cancelled, the Client will not receive a refund; however, a credit may be issued that can be used to reschedule the event without financial penalty for up to eighteen (18) months from the cancellation date. The event will be placed in a “rescheduled” status until the Client provides written notice of the new event date.
