MNDZA ENTERTAINMENT
Refund, Cancellation, and Date Change Policy
This policy applies to all services provided by MNDZA ENTERTAINMENT, including Snap Tap Photo Booth and DJ JMNDZA. By booking any of these services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

Client agrees to pay the total fees even if the Client chooses to cancel the order. The Client may cancel the order by providing notice to MNDZA ENTERTAINMENT no later than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event date.

In the event the order is cancelled, the Client will forfeit their non-refundable retainer as well as any balances paid to date. Any cancellation made less than thirty (30) days prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of all payments received. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance will forfeit the retainer and any payments received to date.

MNDZA ENTERTAINMENT reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking or customer at any time, for any reason, at its discretion. Should this occur, any monies paid will be refunded in full, and the Client agrees not to pursue any further claims or damages. Refunds will be issued by check within seven (7) business days of cancellation.

Requests for a date change must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the original event date. Date changes are subject to availability and the execution of a new service agreement. All approved date changes are subject to a non-negotiable $50 change fee. If no availability exists for the requested date, the retainer will be forfeited and the event considered cancelled. Any cancellation made less than thirty (30) days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of all payments received.

If an order is cancelled, the Client will not receive a refund; however, a credit may be issued that can be used to reschedule the event without financial penalty for up to eighteen (18) months from the cancellation date. The event will be placed in a “rescheduled” status until the Client provides written notice of the new event date.
